Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FASAP)
The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FASAP) is the employee assistance program for faculty and staff of the Johns Hopkins University and employees of the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health System.
FASAP offers:
- Free, confidential, and professional support services for problems of daily living and emotional well-being
- Assessment of mental health problems such as clinical depression and generalized anxiety with referrals to community services and resources for longer-term care
Services include:

Resources to help a colleague
Resources for management
Crisis Response Services
Financial Assistance Program (FAP)
There is no limit to the number of times an employee may access services. Immediate family members may also access FASAP services.

Clinicians are available Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am to 7 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm
After hours and on the weekends, masters-level professionals are on call.
